How long does shipping take?

Every mug is printed to order, then shipped to you. Printing usually takes about 2 to 10 business days. In total, allow about 1½ to 3 weeks to the lower 48 and DC, and about 3 to 5 weeks to Alaska. These are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details. You'll get tracking once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free to the lower 48, DC and Alaska.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the lower 48 states, Washington, DC and Alaska. We don't ship to Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US (including Canada) at this time.

Can I order in time for Christmas?

For the best chance of delivery by December 25, please order by December 1 for the lower 48 and DC, or by November 17 for Alaska.

Is the art real?

Yes. Each design is a hand-colored print made between 1828 and 1838 by Robert Havell after John James Audubon, from the public domain collection of the National Gallery of Art. The soft paper tone and small marks are part of the original prints.

What are the mugs like?

Glossy white ceramic with a C-shaped handle, in 11oz or 15oz. Some designs also come as an accent mug with a colored inside and handle. They're lead and BPA free. The white mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. To keep any printed mug looking its best for years, we suggest hand washing.

Will my order arrive in one box?

Not always. Mugs in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each package.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of ordering, for a full refund. Contact us with your order number.

What if my mug arrives broken or wrong?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a new mug free or refund you, and you won't need to send the broken one back. Please don't mail anything to the address on your package.
