Made to order

Every mug is printed just for you after you order it. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or pick the wrong size or design. You can still cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund (see Cancellations below), and if anything arrives broken, faulty or wrong, we'll make it right.

Start with us, not a return label

Most problems can be fixed without shipping anything back. Contact us using the form on our Contact page or at snugandtidyshop+featherandfield@mail.grokbot.com with your order number, what went wrong, and a photo. Please don't mail mugs to the address on your package. It isn't a return address, and we can't process items sent there.

Broken, faulty or wrong mug

Mugs are ceramic, and once in a while one breaks on the way. If your mug arrives broken or chipped, the print is faulty, or you got the wrong design or size, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a new one free of charge or give you a full refund, including any shipping you paid. You won't need to send the broken mug back. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Missing item

Mugs in one order can ship in separate packages. If part of your order hasn't arrived, first check whether a second tracking number is still on its way. If it isn't, contact us and we'll send the missing mug or refund it.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of placing your order. Just contact us with your order number. We hold each order for about 24 hours before printing starts. After the 12-hour window we can't cancel the order, but the steps above still apply if something is wrong with it.
