Shipping
Every mug is made to order by our print partner and shipped to you from the United States. We ship to the lower 48 states, DC and Alaska. Printing usually takes about 2 to 10 business days. Allow about 1½ to 3 weeks in total to the lower 48 and DC, and about 3 to 5 weeks to Alaska (estimates, not guarantees). Mugs in one order may ship in separate packages. You'll get tracking once your order ships. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping is free on every order to the lower 48, DC and Alaska. For the best chance of delivery by December 25, please order by December 1 for the lower 48 and DC, or by November 17 for Alaska.
Returns, refunds and problems
Because mugs are made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, but you can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. If your mug arrives broken, faulty or wrong, or doesn't arrive, send us your order number and a photo within 30 days and we'll send a new one free or refund you. Please don't mail anything to the address on your package. Details are in our Refund Policy.
