Allow about 1½–3 weeks in total to the lower 48 and DC, and about 3–5 weeks to Alaska. For the best chance of delivery by December 25, order by December 1 (lower 48 and DC) or November 17 (Alaska). Mug care

White mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. Accent mugs (colored inside and handle) should be hand washed and kept out of the microwave. Hand washing helps any printed mug last longer.
Broken or wrong mug

If your mug arrives broken or chipped, the print is faulty, or you got the wrong design or size, send us your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a new mug free or refund you. You don't need to send it back. Refund Policy
